YouTube has just announced that they’re changing their terms and conditions. If you’re not commercially viable then they can shut down your channel. They have also implemented changes for the new COPPA law, requiring you to mark whether your videos are made for kids. If they are made for kids and you don’t label your videos, you could be fined to the value of $43,000. In this video, I discuss both of these changes and what they mean for creators.
